Our Founder
STARch Studios was founded by Spencer Stanford in 2023 after working in both the architecture and aerospace industries. With proven completion of over three dozen projects, including systems that are due to launch this year, he has successfully led teams in generation of practical yet innovative designs. With a fulfilling career working with startup companies in the space industry as a Space Architect, Design Engineer, and Project Manager, he has helped lead the charge in establishing Space Architecture as a critical role for space system design & development. Following a professional Bachelor of Architecture degree and jobs in the architecture and construction industries, he graduated top of his class from the University of Houston's Sasakawa International Center for Space Architecture (SICSA) in 2018 and worked on maturing projects from concept to flight-ready such the IM NOVA-C lunar lander (set to launch in Q3 of 2023) and Axiom Space Station (set to launch in Q4 2025). He prides himself on generating designs that are both economically viable and technologically feasible. As is evident by the success of his prior projects, he will ensure your idea goes from sketchpad to launchpad.
